A wet weekend put the kibosh on the Trial 11 hike led by Susan Chiarella.
Trail 11 starting at Winslow State Park off Kearsarge Valley Road, ending on Kearsarge Valley Road south of the Country Club of New Hampshire 5.8 miles and 4 hours later looked to be a damp and slippery event through the developing foliage.
